Also, as soon as the write onto the memory 5 has ended with regard to the business form of at least one sheet or more, the picture data stored in the memory 5 is read out successively, and the read-out picture data is encoded and compressed by a run length encoding system in a compressing circuit 6. This compressed data is transferred to a hot computer through an interface circuit 9.
