An intra-column data processing part 15 calculates coordinates of each column to extract data included in the column. Extracted data is converted to individual sentences, and they are outputted to an intra-table data extracted original sentence file 17 after omission of ruled lines or the like. In the case of machine translation, a natural language processing part (machine translation processing, document elaboration processing, etc.,) 18 performs translation processing by morpheme analysis, syntax analysis, meaning analysis, etc., of data of the file 17.
