Namely, the comparison with a part of the address data requiring no RAM access time and the traditional system requiring the RAM access time are organized in parallel. Thus, it becomes possible to return a response signal for the high speed operation of the MPU 1 efficiently and quickly to the MPU 1, and simultaneously, since the degree of freedom of mapping for the inside of the cache memory becomes high, the hit ratio can be improved.
