On the other hand, an output from the data base side is converted into the user-oriented language through a meaning synthesizing part 240, a construction synthesizing part 230, a morpheme synthesizing part 220, and a character output part 210, and is outputted to a user terminal. Thereby users can make access to the data base by using the familiar language.
