When the ventilating runner 7 is placed on a proper placing face A, it is supported above the placing face A by these foot projections 13. In this construction, for example, in case the ventilating runner 7 is coated with liquid paint and dried up for forming a peelable coating film 14, the ventilating runner 7 is prevented from touching with the placing face A, owing to the foot projections 13. Consequently, the coated ventilating runner 7 can be prevented from troubles such as presenting agglomerated paint or broken or peeled-off coating film.
