CONSTITUTION: A rotary body 1 continuously conveys a synthetic resin film 2 in close contact with its surface through a film feed roll 3. Around the body 1 there are provided a printer 4 for printing a synthetic resin paste paint in a pattern, a drier 9 for drying and gelling the paste paint, and a pressure contact roll 10. A clearance mechanism is provided for adjusting the gap and contact pressure between the roll 10 and the body 1. Around the body 1 there is also provided a cooler 11 for cooling that surface portion of the body 1 from which the film 2 has been stripped, so as to prevent the paste paint in the printer 4 from being dried and becoming unusable.
