CONSTITUTION: The plate surface of wooden product is coated with an undercoat material made of 30% of mixture of acrylic resin, glass fiber and stone dust, which is blended with water by 1:2 ratio, and 70% of vinyl acetate adhesive, smoothly and evenly by means of a brush or the like, and, after drying, is then sprayed in globules with top coat material of which content of vinyl acetate adhesive is smaller than in the undercoat by means of a spray gun of which aperture is 3 to 6 mm, thus forming a rugged pattern. Then, an oil based paint, such as lacquer and vernish, is uniformly spread on this rugged pattern by means of a spray gun or the like. In this way, a rugged pattern of globular form maintaining the beautiful appearance for a long period, without causing peeling or crack derived from changes in moisture content in the wood may be formed.
