CONSTITUTION: A raw material such as a thermoplastic elastomer (e.g. styreneisoprene block copolymer) having a melt viscosity of ≥10Pa.S at 150°C is supplied to an extruder having a pair of mutually intermeshing screws rotating oppositely to transfer the raw material inward, and melted by kneading and heating. An auxiliary raw material such as tackifier (e.g. aliphatic petroleum resin), a plasticizer (e.g. naphthenic oil), etc. having a melt viscosity of ≤10Pa.S at 150°C is added to the molten material, converted to homogeneous compatibilized mixture, and extruded continuously to obtain the objective adhesive.
EFFECT: The production cost can be reduced because the mechanism of the extruder is simplified, and the extrusion rate is increased.
