The scattered spots 3 can be produced by, for example, a method of applying the ink by a wire bar, a method of applying a dispersed liquid of the ink followed by drying, a method of printing or the like. The diameter (x) of the spot 3 is preferably not larger than 100mum, and the ratio y/x of the distance (y) between the spots 3 to the diameter (x) thereof is preferably 1.2-2.
