One or more kinds of surface active agents such as alkyl sulfate (sulfonate, phosphate) salt, quaternary ammonium salt, amine salt, alkyl ether (ester) type, sorbitan derivative, betaine type, imidazoline type, etc. are used as the surface active agents.
