CONSTITUTION: Waste water from a group consisting of a large number of bathtubs in a hotel is introduced into a stirring tank 2. An optimum amount of powdery activated carbon is always supplied to a stirring tank 2 by a supply apparatus 3 to absorb and adhere the fat component in waste water. The waste water treated with powdery activated carbon is subsequently supplied to a filter tank 5 to be filtered and further supplied to an activated sludge treatment tank 6 where sedimentation/separation action through activated sludge is performed by the inflow of other sewage. The supernatant water separated in the treatment tank 6 is colored or aromatized if necessary and pumped up to be supplied to a flash toilet bowl 7.
