CONSTITUTION: The sludge conveyed and collected from the excretion purification tank arranged to an individual flash toilet by a fecal tank lorry is separated into an excretion residue and a sludge solution through a screen and the excretion residue is discarded. The sludge solution is treated with a flucculant such as polyaluminum chloride or perlite and subsequently subjected to solid-liquid separation by a dehydration apparatus such as a filter press. The obtained solid receives fermentation treatment to be treated as org. fertilizer or waste and the liquid is transferred to a nitration and denitrification tank and aerated to separate and remove nitrogen while the treated liquid is subsequently sent to a sedimentation tank to perform seid mentary separation, and caustic soda and aluminum sulfate are added to the supernatant solution under stirring and flocculative sedimentation is performed to remove phosphorus and a floating substance. The treated liquid is further subjected to sand filtering and activated carbon treatment, and sterilized and disinfected by a chlorine agent to be discharged.
