CONSTITUTION: A branch unit 21 is provided with connection terminals 21C, 21E for sequential wiring and branch wiring of a feeder 22. A circuit breaker 21B is provided between the branch terminal 21E and a branch of the feeder 22 and interrupts/connects the feeder at the branch side with a control signal received from a controller via a restoration button 21A or the connection terminal 21D. The branch unit as above is used to install the home automation system at new construction of a house, then branched wires of a branch unit of a room closest to an extended room at the extension of the room are branched further by other branch unit to draw feeders and control signal lines to the extended room.
