For example, a raw material of soap is fed to the bank of the rolls 11 and 12, and formed into a film on the bottom roll 14 to make the curved scaly soap. The film is them scored by a pair of the ribbed rolls 15 and 15' in contact with the roll 14 to form ribs for cutting and stripped from the bottom roll 14 by the scraper 16. The stripped film in a curved state is granulated into the curved film particles 20 by the blade 18 of the first granulator 19 and transferred to the second granulator 21 where the film particles 20 are cut along the ribs for cutting to give the desired curved scaly soap aggregate.
