CONSTITUTION: A sintering material is mixed by a primary mixer, and is granulated by a secondary mixer. An artificial grain size value after this granulation is measured continuously by use of a ventilation degree measuring instrument, or a grain size continuous measuring instrument which uses a stroboscope camera. This value is compared with a prescribed grain size value set in advance, whether number of revolution of the secondary mixer 2 is large or small is decided in accordance with its difference, and its instruction is given to a secondary mixer number of revolution controller. In this way, it is possible to stabilize artificial grain size effect of the sintering material. Also, this method can be used jointly with control of the water pouring quantity of the mixer.
