Then a sampling signal is given to the addresses A0∼A8 of the ROM 1 from the counter 2 and a segment selection signal is inputted to the addresses A9∼A12, the selection signal of the PB signal and the tone signal is inputted to the address A13 and the level of the PB signal and the tone signal being the selection signal is inputted to the addresses A14, A15. The PB signal selected based on the read signal or the PCM code of the tone signal is given from the ROM 1 to the shift register 3 in response to the output control signal.
