The extracting section 12 in increases pointer address in order and extracts the end character of a sentence and transmits to a sentence address memory section 6, and at the same time, transmits to a voice outputting section 7 that segmenting of the sentence is terminated. The whole sentence of a memory section 2 is generated from a speaker 8 by a audio station based on a command signal on the end character of the memory section 6.
