With the above-mentioned fitting section 18 the jig 3 and the shaft 5 may be coaxially incorporated together. A leaf spring supporting member of the shaft 5 is provided with hook rotating shafts 11 onto which the hooks 6 are rotatably attached. Each hook 16 consists of a leaf spring 7 and leaf spring knobs 6. The leaf spring 7 urges the jig 3 against the leaf spring supporting member 4 of the shaft 5 when the hooks 16 are mounted to the jig 3.
