The picture data of the face are extracted by a visible light picture processing part 31 from a detected coordinate. Next, since the position of the handset 1 moves corresponding to it if the user 2 move, the extracting area of the picture data of the face follows corresponding to the movement. As a result, the extracting of the picture data of the face is always executed accurately independently to the position of the user 2.
