The frequency modulation component included in the said control voltage is extracted by an HPF8, the sub signal is extracted to a terminal 9 and also detected by a detector 11, and the sub signal subject to DC amplification 12 controls the amplifier 10 to increase its gain, and the out of shape is prevented by increasing the gain of a phase lock loop.
