CONSTITUTION: An input signal is branched into two and is inputted to phase detectors 22 and 23 and has the phase detected and is inputted to a 4-phase base band processing circuit 24. The 4-phase base band processing circuit 24 generates sine and cosine 4-multiplied outputs, and the cosine 4-multiplied output controls a voltage controlling oscillator 34 through a low-pass filter circuit 33. Sine and cosine 4-multiplied outputs are differentiated in differentiating circuit 25 and 26 and are multiplied in mixing circuits 27 and 28 by sine and cosine 4-multiplied outputs from the processing circuit 24. These outpts are inputted to a difference circuit 29. A signal proportional to the differential frequency between the reproduced carrier wave and the receiving carrier wave appears in the output of the difference circuit 29, and the frequency of the voltage controlling oscillator 34 is controlled by this signal.
