When frame synchronism detection part SYNC detects that the frame synchronism is established, changeover circuit PSW applies the output of oscillator VCO to detectors PD1 and PD2. When it is out of synchronism, circuit PSW is switched in order to apply the output to 45° -phase shifter PSH2, thereby shifting the phases of the regenerated carriers by 45°
