Afterwards, when the operator at the side of the terminal 1' depresses a transmission button J on the keyboard 7, the control part 8 reads out data in the memory 9, and transmits it from a transmission part 11 to a center 5. Since terminal information to be registered is transmitted from the terminal side in such a way, the registration and input operation at the center side is made unnecessary.
