AT the same time, denitrification is caused by the vigorous stirring of the tapping flow and the bubbling action of the CO gas. Next, non-oxidative gas such as Ar is blown into the vessel to maintain the N
2 concentration in the vessel at 5% or less, thus deoxidation treatment is done while suppressing the nitrogen absorption.
