The subsurface structure A is connected to the foundation section of a supermultistoried building M and extended in each direction, and joined with other supermultistoried buildings. Various underground facilities are built in the space, and an underground city conformed to the city planning of the ground section is constructed. Accordingly, an underground section in large depth can be utilized systematically and rationally.
