In this case, an intake port 30 and an exit port 31 are connected with the intake and exit tank 3 through a sheese. This cheese 7 allows one end of the straight line shaped conduit part to be connected with the intake and exhaust tank 3, and allows the other end to be connected with the discharge pipe 10. The conduit part which crosses at right angles with the conduit part described above is constituted so as to be connected with the intake pipe 19.
