CONSTITUTION: During operation of an oil cleaner 2, a solenoid valve 31 is opened by the oil circulating pump run signal and normal run detection signal. On the other hand, when the cleaner 2 stops or turbine lubricating oil becomes low in temperature, the valve 31 is closed by the oil circulating pump stop signal and the output signal of a temperature switch 33. While an automatic water extractor stop valve 16 and valve 31 are open, the inside of the cleaner is put under negative pressure by running of a vent fan 17 mounted to the cleaner 2 but the inside of the cleaner and the inside of the water extractor 9 are communicated by a balance pipe 36 and therefore the inside of the water extractor 9 also becomes the same pressure as that in the cleaner and the water level of a slide nipple 15 will not lower. Here, a U-seal pipe 35 prevents the entry of the atmospheric air into the water extractor 9 owing to movement of the water contained therein. Hence, the water level of the nipple 15 is not affected by the negative pressure of the fan 17 and said water level may be maintained constant.
