PROCESS: The compond of formulaIcan be prepared, e.g. by reacting the compound of formula II (Hal is halogen) with 2,2-dichloro-3,3-dimethylcyclopropylmethanol of formula III preferably in a solvent, in the presence of an acid acceptor.
