And, an annular sealant 7 to be closely set up in side wall 5a of the rim well 5 is installed in this rim 6, while a tire 8 is attached to the bead seat 4. And, it sets up a tape material 10 in a radial inside face of the sealant 7. In addition, a nipple 13 is installed in a spoke hole 12 parallelly installed in and around a lower part of the sinking part of the rim well 5 as having its head part engaged with the top, and a spoke 15 is tensely screwed in this nipple 13.
