The prepared blend is molded by the centrifugal separator 4 into a given shape, for example, a briquet shape, and subjected to air-drying to give a solid fuel. A weight ratio of the organic sludge, waste oil, and plastic waste is 60W80:15W25:5W15.
USE: The combustion product of the solid material can be used as a soil improver.
