CONSTITUTION: The rearmost part of the truck 1 is provided with a soil and sand hopper 3 through which excavated soil and sand are charged, and the lower end of the hopper 3 is fitted with a soil and sand quantitative supplier 4. Also, a hopper 5 for slaked lime, etc., as a soil improver is provided at the frontal part of the hopper 3, and its lower end is provided with a slake lime quantitative supplier 6. A mixer 7 is provided in the frontal or back direction of the truck 1 on the lower sides of these quantitative suppliers 4 and 6, by which a mixture of soil and sand and improver is sent to a backet conveyer 8 provided ahead. The discharge port 8' of the bucket conveyer 8 is faced a belt conveyer 9 provided in a manner that it can freely move in the front and rare directions of the truck 1, thereby permitting said mixture to be sent to the frontal part of the truck 1 by the conveyer 9.
