2 is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, or aralkyl; X is ≥2C lower alkylene) as an active ingredient. The compound has preventive, remedying or permeant and transmissible controlling effect on a number of plant blights. The compound shown by the formula I is obtained by reacting an aralkylamine shown by the formula II with 0.5W1.2 equivalent chlorothioformate shown by the formula III in a solvent optionally in the presence of 0.9W1.2 equivalent dehydrochlorinating agent.
