Molten Na (liquid metal) being introduced from main piping 1 through inlet pipe 22 is circulated by the abovementioned electromagnetic pump 27 to be returned to the main piping 1 by way of the first flowmeter 28, economizer 29, second flowmeter 30, cooler 31, the abovementioned plugging orifice 33, outside pipe of the economizer 29, outplet pipe 23, etc. On the other hand, a bypass pipe 36 provided with a bypass orifice 37 is added between immediate behind the electromagnetic pump 27 and outlet pipe 23, whereby the plugging apparatus operating unit (A) is formed.
