CONSTITUTION: A ground effect craft has front blades 3 provided at a front part of a craft body 6 on the right and left, rear blades 4 and horizontal tail blades 5 provided at a rear part on the right and left corresponding to the front blades 3, and end plates 1 are provided to connect both ends of the front blades 3, and rear blades 4 with each other. In this case, the end plates are provided to be perpendicular to the ends of the frontblades 3 and the rear blades 4 respectively to move freely vertically. End plate drive means 2a, 2b connected with the end plates 1 partly for moving the end plates 1 vertically are provided at both ends of the front blades 3 and rear blades 4 respectively. The end plate 1 is therefore pulled up by the end plate drive means 2a, 2b in an end plate condition for acceleration before getting apart from water to keep it in parallel and close to a water surface 7, while the end plate 1 is pushed down in an end plate condition for gliding to keep it in parallel and close to the water surface 7.
