본발명은청미래덩굴을이용한소아성장촉진용음료및 이의제조방법에대한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는청미래덩굴의뿌리와발효잎을주원료로하여함초, 진피, 비타민C, 복합황금추출물, 효소처리스테비아등을조성비율에따라첨가하여청미래덩굴특유의냄새를없애누구나음용할수 있는청미래덩굴을이용한소아성장촉진용음료및 이의제조방법에대한것이다. 본발명에따른청미래덩굴을이용한소아성장촉진용음료의제조방법은세척단계와, 청미래덩굴잎 찌는단계와, 청미래덩굴발효잎제조단계와, 청미래덩굴건조단계와, 청미래덩굴추출물제조단계와, 건함초제조단계와, 함초추출물제조단계와, 진피추출물제조단계와, 혼합조성물제조단계와, 살균단계를포함한다. 상기세척단계에서는청미래덩굴뿌리와, 청미래덩굴잎과, 함초와, 진피를세척하여이물질을제거한다. 상기청미래덩굴잎 찌는단계에서는상기세척단계에서세척된청미래덩굴잎을세절하여찜기에넣고찐다. 상기청미래덩굴발효잎제조단계에서는상기청미래덩굴잎 찌는단계에서쪄진청미래덩굴잎을 25~35℃에서 24시간발효시킨다. 상기청미래덩굴건조단계에서는상기세척단계에서세척된청미래덩굴뿌리와상기청미래덩굴발효잎제조단계에서제조된청미래덩굴발효잎을건조한다. 상기청미래덩굴추출물제조단계에서는상기청미래덩굴건조단계에서건조된청미래덩굴뿌리와청미래덩굴발효잎과정제수를 4 : 1 : 5의비율로혼합한후 80~85℃에서 2~3시간동안열수추출하고여과지로여과하여청미래덩굴추출물을만든다. 상기건함초제조단계에서는상기세척단계에서세척된함초를 50℃이하에서냉풍건조하여건함초를만든다. 상기함초추출물제조단계에서는상기건함초제조단계에서제조된건함초를정제수와 1 : 1의비율로혼합한후 80~85℃에서 2~3시간동안열수추출하고여과지로여과하여함초추출물을만든다. 상기진피추출물제조단계에서는상기세척단계에서세척된진피를세절하여정제수와 1 : 1의비율로혼합한후 80~85℃에서 2~3시간동안열수추출하고여과지로여과하여진피추출물을만든다. 상기혼합조성물제조단계에서는상기청미래덩굴추출물제조단계에서만들어진청미래덩굴추출물 10~50중량%와, 상기함초추출물제조단계에서만들어진함초추출물 1~5중량%와, 상기진피추출물제조단계에서만들어진진피추출물 10~30중량%와, 비타민C 0.02~0.05중량%와, 복합황금추출물 0.01~0.02중량%와, 효소처리스테비아 0.1~1중량%와, 정제수 15~79중량%를혼합하여혼합조성물을만든다. 상기살균단계에서는상기혼합조성물제조단계에서만들어진혼합조성물을 95~100℃에서 5~10분간살균한다. 본발명에의하면청미래덩굴의뿌리와발효잎에함초, 진피, 비타민C, 복합황금추출물, 효소처리스테비아를첨가하여소아성장촉진용음료를제조함으로써, 청미래덩굴의유리칼슘의흡수를촉진시켜체내칼슘흡수율을높일수 있다.
