PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and also to facilitate reduction in volume and incineration after use by attaching an ejection port with a membrane which is removable by a pull-ring integrally molded to a parallelopiped container head panel. SOLUTION: An ejection port body G is integrally molded at a bottom with a membrane 5 which can completely prevent liquid leakage from a paper container for liquid with a thin part coupled in the vicinity and a pull-ring coupled in a part of the vicinity. A head and a bottom are respectively formed on upper and lower parts of a parallelopiped body formed of a single carton blank to provide the paper container for liquid, while the ejection port 10 is attached to a panel constituting the head. At the time of use, a screw cap C is removed, the pull-ring 6 is pulled by a finger tip to have it broken from the thin part 8 for removing, and the screw cap C is again fastened. Thereafter, agricultural chemical is sprayed through a through hole 2 formed on a top plate 3 of the screw cap C.

SOLUTION: This non-woven fabric is a melt blown non-woven fabric consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol having 200-500 viscosity-average molecular weight, 90-99.99 mol% saponification degree, 66-99.9 mol% molar fraction of central hydroxyl group of hydroxyl group triad by the triad expression toward the vinyl alcohol unit and 160-230°C melting point, and containing (B) 0.0003-1 pt.wt. alkali metal ion based on (A) 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl alcohol. The breaking strength of the non-woven fabric after immersing it in water at 20°C for 5 min is ≤10 g/5 cm, the mean fiber diameter of the fibers constituting the non- woven fabric is ≤20 μm and its degree of air ventilation is ≤100 cc/cm2/sec. Therefore, the variation is detected by measuring the absorbance of the detection agent, and the nitrogen-containing compound for agricultural chemical is measured on the basis of the degree of variation in the absorbance.
