摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce creation of noise due to collision of transmitting materials with each other, by a method wherein a device is constituted such that a plurality of cushioning bodies are located so that they are self-runnable along an endless self-running guide rail, and the cushioning bodies are automatically transferred one by one to the transmitting table side in synchronism with convey of the transmitting material, such as steel pipes, onto the transmitting table. CONSTITUTION:When a transmitting material A1 on a transmitting table 5 is delivered on a convey roller 19 through the working of an ejector, not shown, a frontmost cushioning body 14-1 is pushed out through movement of the transmitting material A1, it self-runs to an under side 4d of a guide rail along the guide rail 4(4a-4d), and it is conveyed ahead. This causes the cushioning body 14 to be collected to the guide rail 4a side each time the transmitting material is delivered out. Meanwhile, when a transmitting material A2 is transferred onto the transmitting table 5 from a convey-in roller 29 with the aid of the ejector, a chain 1 is moved, and engagement of a hook 18 of a tracting device 15 with a catching part 17 causes raising of the cushioning body 14-2. Thereafter, the cushioning body self-runs on a guide rail 4b and is arrested by the rear part of a transmitting material A2, and serves to cushion collision of a following transmitting material A3 therewith.
