CONSTITUTION:In an airtight chamber 7, reciprocating force is applied to a wire rope, so that a truck 4 connected to the rope 5 is reciprocated on rails 3. When the truck 4 is moved to a bit 2, a scraping plate 20 of the truck 4 is hung down, and when it is moved in the opposite direction, the plate is put up.
