摘要	PURPOSE:To feed sticks reliably and smoothly with high speed by engaging/disengaging the click section of base against the pitch groove of stick through the forces in feeding direction and reverse direction thereby feeding the sticks in pitch continuously. CONSTITUTION:Stickes 1 are supported slidably on a base 12 to stop the rollable feeding click section 5 and the fixed click section 9 in V-shaped groove 4. Upon motion of the click section 5 in feeding direction, the click section 9 is disengaged while stopping the click section 5 to the stick 1 through the relation between the reaction of the click sections 5, 9 to be applied from the groove 4 of the stick 1 and the distances r1, r2 of the pivot pins 7, 10 while in case of counter feeding, the click section 5 is diengaged and the click section 9 is stopped. The empty stick 1' mounted on the receiving table 15 is detected through a detection sensor 14 then rotated through an actuator 17 to be dischanged thereafter fed by the pitch dimension through the click section 5 such that the frontmost pocket 2' is fed to the position of an adsorbing nozzle 6 thus to pass the joint smoothly.
