| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To make unloading composable with a pair of endless chains, by composing a semicylindrical bucket attached freely tiltable to a pair of endless chains so as to cause it to be reversed for unloading when it engages with a reversing projection on a rotary body which is installed in an unloading unit. CONSTITUTION:A bucket 4, which is pivotally attached to an endless chain 3 so freely rotatable via a suspension axis, is conveyed up to an unloading reversion part 6 with its level kept by the chain 3. At this unloading part 6, a rotary wheel 5 rotates synchronously, i.e., a reversing projection 14 provided on the rotary wheel 5 is engaged with a stopper 12 on the outer surface of the bucket 4. Therefore, when the direction of the chain 3 is reversed at the rotary wheel 5, the bucket 4 fails to keep its level right and comes upside down together with the chain 3 so that contents inside the bucket 4 are discharged out. In addition, when the stopper 12 comes off the reversing projection 14, the bucket 14 restores its horizontal position with its dead load. With this constitution, it dispenses with all but a pair of endless chains, leading to simplification in terms of structure. | ||||||
