| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent paints and dust from adhering to a main line and to convey an article to be treated in a treatment chamber at high speed by providing a shuttle conveyer apparatus with tables capable of elevating and reciprocating which are disposed by fixed pitches in the treatment chamber separately from the main conveyer. CONSTITUTION:A treated article 12 conveyed by a main conveyer apparatus 11 is transferred to a fixed cradle 7 on inlet side by an inlet side transfer loader 13 and carried in a treatment chamber 1 by a shuttle conveyer 3 to be intermittently conveyed by fixed pitches P. The article 12 conveyed by a fixed pitch is caught by a fixed cradle 5 to be subjected to various kinds of treatments, and on completion of treatments, the article is carried out from the treatment chamber 1 by the conveyer apparatus 3 to be delivered to an outlet side cradle 9 and be transferred to the main conveyer apparatus 11 by an outlet side transfer loader 14. In this arrangement, the conveyer apparatus is not passed through the treatment chamber, so that paints and dust are not adhered to the main conveyer apparatus, which can prevent loss of drying energy or the occurrence of trouble such as engagement with the conveyer, and the article is conveyed in shuttle system in the treatment chamber, which can accomplish high-speed conveying operation. | ||||||
