| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To eliminate risk of producing flaws at the periphery of steel pipe during transportation owing to vibration by setting anti-shock rings made of a complex material of synthetic resin and rubber at the periphery of each steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of anti-shock rings 1 made of a complex material of synthetic resin and rubber are set on the periphery of a steel pipe 4 with certain spacings, and the split part 1c of each ring 1 formed at its cylindrical part 1a is fitted with each other. A fastening pin 5 is inserted in each of the through holes, provided in each split part, leading to the bore so as to have the split parts 1c be fixed to each other, and the bore of the cylindrical part 1a in trapezoidal profile having tapered parts on its both ends 1b is fixed tight to the periphery of the steel pipe 4 by wedge action. This can prevent damage to the periphery of steel pipe 4 likely to be otherwise produced by vibration during transport. | ||||||
