摘要	PURPOSE: To improve dimensional stability by coating both sides of a laminar insulting foam material at two flexible web surfaces with a heat absorbing and bonding material, bonding it to opposing surfaces of the foam material at the opposed rolls, and forming an assembly. CONSTITUTION: A laminar insulating foam material like a foam board 30 is forwardly advanced on rolls 31, 33, 35, and passed between a pair of opposed rolls 32 and 34 engaged with one another. Simultaneously at the time of advancing the board 30, a flexible web material or preferably webs 36, 38 of Kraft paper are supplied from supply rolls 40, 43 disposed at both sides of the material 30. Coating rolls 44, 46 are brought into contact with high temperature asphalts 48, 50 in asphalt containers 52, 54, and the webs 36, 38 are equivalently coated with high temperature asphalts 56, 58 controlled accurately by the rolls 44, 46 at a controlled temperature. The webs 36, 38 are bonded on upper and lower surfaces of the board 30 by the rolls 32, 34 to obtain an assembly having no strain. COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO
