| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To prevent the crack of the outer edge of a flange by heat-molding by pressing after making a protrusion extended from the flange by partially cutting a dried paper press board previously. CONSTITUTION: A flat plate 5 which is cut from a dried paper press board is cut to make the width of a flange 2b (b) and the length of a protrusion 4a (b). A cut to be molded 17 is provided with definite creases 6 to absorb the stress in the directions of compression and tension caused at the time of press molding and is made to contain moisture uniformly. Then, a side press 13 is opened at first in the initial stage of pressing heating the cut 17 to be molded in a press molder and then, the cut 17 to be molded is pressed by lowering a punch press 14 and at last, the cut 17 to be molded is pressed by moving the side press 13 horizontally, the punch press 14 is lowered synchronously and the cut 17 is molded. The cut 17 is uniformly pressed in total, a nonuniform state is avoided and a crack is prevented in the outer edge of the flange 2b of a channel molding article 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
