Side guards 110.1. and 110.2 extend from the handle to the tips of the blades and extend below the cutting edges of the blades to protect a user from cutting the palm of his or her hand. The cutting edges of blades 120.1, 120.2 are vertically spaced from each other. The relative spaces between the side guards, between the blades, and between the side guards and the blades are adjustable. The knife may have one or two blades and one or two side guards. | ||||||
