| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide a device for preparing a titled product for snacks or the like capable of enjoying a different shape by automatically cutting vegetables composed by providing a means for cutting a cylindrical core from the vegetable and the means for horizontally arranging the core and cutting it into a prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION: This device is composed by providing a first cutting means composed of a hollow cylindrical vertical pipe 34 provided with an annular cutting blade 38 and a second cutting means composed of a pair of arm shielding members for supporting the freely rotatable cutting blade 36 arranged facing each other. For instance, potato is dropped into a spring basket 30, turned to the cylindrical core by the first cutting means and turned to a spherical product 90C by the second cutting means and the product 90C is washed by jetting fluid from a fluid conductor 26 projecting from the respective shielding members 42. | ||||||
