| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To offer accurate filtration by providing relative two electrodes, the surface of one of which is covered with the filter formed with dielectric, and building a flow passage between the said filter and the other electrode through which the fluid impressing voltage flows to the outside after passing through the filter. CONSTITUTION: The fluid is forced from the inlet passage 3 into the treatment chamber 2, and the electric source 13 impresses the electric voltage between the charged electrode 1 and the inner electrode, the surface of which is covered with the filter 10 formed with dielectric to let the colloidal particle absorbed to the surface of filter 10 by zeta (electric) potential. The colloidal particle adsorbed to the surface loses zeta (electric) potential and is agglomerated by van der Waals force to form up an aggregated cake layer on the surface of the filter 10.
