| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To enable data and lots to be recorded in a hollow molded article like a ball, by making relative positions of molded parts such as projections, dents or the like of a mold cavity changeable. CONSTITUTION: An elapsed time informing face 4 with a production year mark 4a and brand information 4b entered is formed at a small partition part 2 of the hemispherical face of a ball 1 formed from mold parts of an air vent plug 3. The top and the bottom of the letters of the brand information 4b are made to coincide with the vertical direction of the elapsed time informing face 4. To form this, a plurality of holes 6 are provided at positions of the molded part of the plug 3 to become the circumference of the elapse time informing face 4, and a pin 5 is disposed in any one of the holes such that a dent is formed on the elapsed time informing face of the ball. Every year a mold assembly is disassembled to replace the position of the pin 5. The production month is indicated by a projection 7 on the surface of a product. This projection 7 is formed by a dent 8 within the mold cavity, the relative position thereof being adjusted by rotating the air vent plug 3 with an adjusting screw 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
