| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To execute many kinds of exercises by providing two arms of which one end is connected so as to be rotated, means for adjusting the length of arms, and hydraulic resistance means for generating fixed resistance corresponding to the relative turning movement of arms. CONSTITUTION: Concerning arms 22 and 24, one end is mutually connected so as to be rotated, and adjustable actuators 26 and 28 are mounted on the other ends. Besides, the length of respective arms is adjusted about from 30cm to 90cm at stretching sections from 22-1 to 22-4 and from 24-1 to 24-4. Further, at a hydraulic resistance means 34 mechanically mounted on two arms, the fixed constant is generated corresponding to the relative turning movement of two arms in spite of a change in the driving speed of arms. A flow blocking means 98 and a resistance adjusting means 104 for the hydraulic resistance means are provided to be biased by a soring 100 to move so as to reduce the resistance if hydraulic liquid stream with the high-speed flow of liquid.
