| 摘要 | The present invention relates to a handstand exercise machine, and more particularly, to a handstand exercise machine which fixes an ankle part of a user in a convenient and safe manner and enables the user to move freely as needed, to thereby achieve improved convenience of use and safety and improved effectiveness in performing a handstand exercise, and to enable the user to perform various exercises. The handstand exercise machine of the present invention comprises: a support frame; a back plate rotatably mounted on the support frame; and foot-fixing means arranged at one end of the back plate, wherein said foot-fixing means comprises a pair of foot-fixing units in which a foot of the user is inserted and fixed; and a rotation support member, one side of which is connected to the back plate to support the foot-fixing units such that the foot-fixing units are rotatable. According to the present invention, the ankle part of the user is painlessly firmly fixed, and thus accidents caused by the escape of the ankle part is accordingly prevented to enable the user to safely perform exercise and to enable the user to effectively perform a handstand exercise. Particularly, besides a handstand exercise, the handstand exercise machine of the present invention also enables the user to hang from the machine by the feet thereof and to move the body thereof in the forward and backward directions to straighten the joints, waist, neck, etc. thereof to relieve pain. Further, the foot-fixing means and a headrest of the handstand exercise machine of the present invention can be moved in the forward and backward directions to adjust the length thereof and to thus enable users with various body types to use the handstand exercise machine and read books while performing a handstand exercise, thereby improving user convenience. | ||||||
